Julie Reverb

I am a London-based fiction writer and former singer.

My short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in The White Review, New York TyrantThe Quietus, Dostoevsky WannabeEgressNecessary FictionVolume 1 Brooklyn3:AM, Gorse, Sleepingfish and elsewhere.

My novella – No Moon – was published by Calamari Press in 2015. I am currently finishing my first novel.

I’ve been awarded residences at Córtex Frontal in Évora, Portugal and Can Serrat in Barcelona, Spain.

I’ve read my work both in the UK and internationally at events including National Writing Day and AWP in the US, and at a variety of performance spaces including Manchester Academy, Elevator Gallery in London, Rhizome arts space in Washington DC, and Goldsmiths, University of London.

I hold a BA in English Literature from the University of Birmingham and an MA in Creative Writing from Goldsmiths.

I am represented by Holly Faulks at Greene & Heaton.
